I sent NASA FCU my letter of intent. Here is the response. I guess I have some paperwork fill out.
I received your letter dated September 2012 and postmarked September 20, 2012 in todayโs mail. Your complaint about the handling of two loans in 2010 has already been addressed. The NCUA received your complaint in February 2011 and notified you of their conclusion in a letter dated April 14, 2011.
We consider this matter closed.
