After filing a bogus tax return on my behalf and adding on thousands in late fees, NC is at it again.  This time I even filed a return showing I had no taxable income.  But it went ahead and filed its own return showing I owe $1343 after a hefty helping of late fees.<\/p>\n<p>I have a feeling I&#8217;m stuck in the NC&#8217;s broken tax system indefinitely.
